It’s been a while. And it’s about time.

So, my blog posts are long for a reason. Adds depth to the writer. Succinct, I can be.. just not here. The more I write, the more you can get inside my big hollow head. It might look like I’m talking to one person here when I’m actually addressing a litany of folks/events/other things going on. This one may not live up to the standards in terms of content, but that’s not the point (I’ve got a few back posts to put up to make up for it anyway).

I want to keep writing.. Keep living.. Keep exploring. We only have one go around in this life, so why be stagnant about it? Not that I wasn’t before, but I had no way to actually do the things that I wanted to do. 

Making promises that I couldn’t keep made things more difficult and less trustworthy to believe.. and it cost me a lot. Not necessarily monetarily, but with people. So, to who I made these promises to, I’m sorry. God’s got a reason for all that happens, whether it’s good, bad, or ratchet. So, we do our best to make the best of each situation. This is my attempt, and I’ve got a lot of ground to cover. #overandout
