I had a previous blog on Jux entitled “Perfect Imperfection”. Then I wasn’t so frequent on it, I ate a sandwich, and three years later, Jux goes under and so does my blog. Fantastic.

So, here’s a better attempt (key word: attempt) of keeping up with things going on in life. I take a lot of pictures, and I don’t want to just keep them to myself (or have Facebook get the rights to them).

I get cabin fever easily. I don’t do well staying in one place for an extended amount of time. Being cooped up does me no good. So, I take my handy dandy computation device, my phone, and I’m off. Let’s find a spot, let’s take a trip, let’s go somewhere. This world is bigger than your neighborhood, and you tend to have more fun (and more stories) seeing the sights than to read about them.

My goal: To touch all seven continents. Even that cold AF one in the south. Yes, that sounds basic, I get it. But how many people can actually say that they’ve done it. It might take me longer than I’d like for it. But I live and I work for the opportunity to travel and share my travels. Being in another country that speaks an entirely different language than you, has different cultures and etiquette than what you grew up learning, and sights that cannot be duplicated in your neck of the woods gives you a greater sense of what’s around you. There is so much to explore, Dora. You down?
